Kangundo Law court is set to make a ruling on a petition filed by former Tala Councillor Musumaa against Tala Member of Come Assembly Peter Alex Kamitu.
The petition which was mentioned last year by a Kangundo Magistrate will be heard on Tuesday next week.Musumaa who filed the petition has been blaming the court for taking a lot of time making a judgment saying that he has evidence that Kamitu did not win fairly.Kamitu will now his fate after the ruling in order for the residents to know whether they will have to go back to the ballot for another election.This was the second time Musumaa is challenging the election of Peter Alex Kamitu after filing another petition in the 2012 general elections.All is set now and both the incumbent Tala Member of County Assembly and the former Councillor Musumaa will meet in court during the judgment.
