Machakos Governor Alfred Mutua has criticised Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka for skipping NASA’s swearing-in ceremony at Uhuru Park Tuesday.
The governor, who retained his seat in last year’s general election against the Wiper wave in the region, said that Kalonzo has a long history of not being relied on.
“It is now CRYSTAL clear to ALL that Kalonzo Musyoka has over and over again proven he can NEVER be DEPENDED on,” Governor Mutua wrote on his Facebook page after the much-publicised event.
“Trust him at your own peril,” he added.
The Machakos County boss, who dumped NASA to support President Uhuru Kenyatta in last year’s election, had faulted the swearing ceremony, saying Kenya cannot have two presidents.
“The whole swearing-in event was wrong and bound to fail because it was unconstitutional & based on the wrong premise,” he said.
