The Teachers Service Commission has maintained that it will not back down on its determination to effect transfers of 557 school heads.Nancy Macharia, TSC's CEO, said that the program will continue as planned.''The transfers will go on as planned to enhance national cohesion,'' Miss Macharia said.This comes as teachers threaten to down their tools next years if the teachers' employer and the Ministry of Education do not rescind their decisions.
