Jubilee party secretary-general Raphael Tuju has lauded two Nasa principals terming them as mature after they refused to advocate for anti-Iebc protests in their backyards.
Speaking to KTN on Tuesday, the former Rarieda MP hailed former vice president Kalonzo Musyoka and former deputy prime minister Musalia Mudavadi terming them as nationalists who had objected to being reduced to protestors.
"I want to congratulate Hon Kalonzo and Hon Mudavadi for refusing to organize even a twig-twig-waving procession in their backyards. It shows that this whole demonstration is being advocated by very few people in Nasa who are keen on using the poor boys from Siaya, Kisumu and other places as human shields to advance their selfish agenda", he said.
The former Tourism minister further chided Bungoma senator Moses Wetangula saying his attempts to drag his constituents into the demonstration exercise had failed miserably after they refused to be used.
The coalition on Tuesday staged demonstrations in parts of Nairobi and Kisumu in a bid to try and force out some twelve Iebc officials whim they accuse of bungling the August 8 polls.
