Jubilee party Secretary General Raphael Tuju has reiterated that October 26th presidential election may fail to take place in Siaya, Kisumu, Homa Bay counties and some parts of Migori county.
According to Tuju, Jubilee party has received information from its agents in these areas where he (Tuju) alleges that their agents have been threatened in line to forthcoming presidential election.
However, Tuju affirmed that the counties will not blackmail the other counties that are ready to participate in the forthcoming election.
"There are only three and half counties where the election may not take place. These are Siaya, Kisumu, Homa Bay counties and some parts of Migori county. These counties will however not blackmail the other 43 and a half counties that want to participate in the repeat election," reiterated Tuju.
Tuju further called on the courts to be equal in delivering services on issues presented to them.
"We made a petition against NASA leaders on October 19th but the court said that the petition will be heard after 8 days. On the other hand, NASA surrogates made a petition against Thursday's election and the court decided to address the petition in 24 hours. I call on the courts to be equal in discharging their services," added Tuju.
Tuju made the remarks on Wednesday evening on KTN News TV during a political discussion.
