This is after chaos were witnessed in most counties.
Only Murang'a, Nyeri and Nyandarua witnessed full voting.
Speaking on Friday at Party headquarters in Nairobi, Tuju said that the party is still weighing on the integrity of the nominations and take the necessary cause of action.
"If we feel that the integrity of the process needs us to repeat, we will repeat," he said.
"Party officials and management have instructions to reschedule the exercise in affected areas and better manage logistics."
He further took responsibility for the confusion and chaos that marred the entire exercise.
After being summoned by President Uhuru Kenyatta, Tuju canceled the process in Nandi, Kericho, Baringo, Bomet, Trans Nzoia ,Nakuru, Embu, Nandi, Uasin Gishu, Narok and Kajiado.
