Mombasa Deputy Governor and long time ally of Raila, Hazel Katana, has defected from Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) party to Jubilee. Katana accused Governor Hassan Joho of frustrating her saying she has experienced unimaginable tribulations under Joho and is no longer willing to persevere.
