Turbo Independent MP candidate Janet Sitienei has started early celebrations after indications that she had clinched the seat against Jubilee Party nominee Kevin Okwara.

Results streaming live at IEBC Turbo constituency tallying center indicate that Rotich has garnered 33,985 against Okwara's28,110She praised IEBC for a job well done."We have never seen election conducted in a free, and fair manner done," she said in Eldoret town, Wednesday."For the first time voting at all poling station ended at 5pm," she added. "I promise to serve all Turbo residents whether you voted for or against me," noted Sitienei.
