Tusker Fc jumped to 3rd on the Kenya Premier League table with a hard-fought 1-0 win against Nakumatt Fc at the Ruaraka stadium.The brewers put aside the tribulations of their suspended head coach George 'Best' Nsimbe to register a second vital win in as many occasions with Boniface Muchiri scoring the all-important goal.Despite starting well and creating numerous chances, the reigning champions failed to find the back of the net with Nakumatt defenders frustrating their various attempt resulting into a goalless stalemate in the first half.However a tactical move by stand-in coach Francis Baraza to replacea misfiring Brian Osumba with Muchiri on the 68th minute seemed to pay off after Muchiri curled in a beautiful shot from the yard of the box that left Nakumatt's custodian Sammy Okinda well beaten.The Brewers held on to the solitary goal even as the opponent pushed for an equalizer and deservedly pocketed all the three points when centre referee blew the final whistle.
