Kenya retail chain Tuskys Supermarkets has opened two more branches in Kericho and Eldoret Town.
Tuskys opened the branches at locations previously occupied by troubled Nakumatt Holdings.
According to Tuskys CEO Daniel Githua, the two store were revamped at a cost of Kshs 220 million.
Tuskys has now 63 branches countrywide.
“At Tusker Mattresses, we currently operate 63 well performing branches and we are laying the ground work for further expansion projects as part of a commitment to deepen the value of formal retail trade in Kenya.” Githua said.
In Kericho, Tuskys opened its second branch in the town at Green Square Mall.Tuskys says the two new stores in Kericho and Eldoret will house a wide range of products including clothing, household electronics and furniture.
