Blogger Robert Alai found himself at the receiving end after he took to social media to oppose free Primary and Secondary education. 

While explaining why he wanted Education to be paid for, Alai noted that paying school fees has been one of the greatest encouragers of parents to be actively involved in the welfare of their children in learning institutions. 

"Secondary and Primary education must not be free. We must have acost to some service we offer. Overt cost of education has been one of the greatest encouragers of parents to be actively involved in the welfare of their children in school," Alai tweeted, Wednesday. 

In a quick rejoinder, a commenter on his tweet identified as Fred Aila asked the controversial blogger to explain why he stole mattresses in his former school if he claims education was affordable.
