Two men alleged to have posted a footage on social media armed with machetes were on Monday 23rd April 2018 arraigned in a Mombasa court .
Muhsin Azwan Muhsin, and Shafi Salim Shafi are accused of preparation to commit a felony contrary to section 30 B (1) of 4th e penal code.
It is alleged that the two jointly with others who were not in court, were captured in a video clip while armed with dangerous weapons with intent to commit a felonny.
The suspects were also accused of malicious damaging wind screen of a tuk tuk valued at Sh6,500, the property of Awadh Hamisi Musabah.
The incident is said to have happened on 20th April 2018 at Bondeni area, Mvita subcounty within Mombasa county.
The two suspects denied the two allegations leveld against them before magistrate Edgar Kagoni.
They were granted a cash bail of 15 thousand each .
The case will be mentioned on 7th May 2018.
