Mr. Sifa said the complainant provoked them when they asked him why he had blocked an access road with a fence and they had a struggle and in the process, Mr. Masudi got injured.
The two accused had filed an application before Senior Resident Magistrate Martin Rabera to be released on bail before the next case hearing.
Magistrate Rabera ordered for the two to be released on a Sh20,000 cash bail each.
