The are the days remaining in the 7-day window given by the constitution for one to petition a presidential election outcome.
"A person may file a petition in the Supreme Court to challenge the election of the President-elect within seven days after the date of the declaration of the results of the presidential election," Article 140 of the constitution states.
President Uhuru Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto were gazetted by IEBC on October 31 as president-elect and deputy president-elect.
This means the period will end on November 6.
If no one files a petition to challenge Uhuru's win, he preparations for his swearing in will start.
The Opposition, which boycotted the repeat presidential poll, has said it does not recognize Uhuru's win but will not head to the apex court as it did after the August 8 poll where they challenged the presidential poll outcome.
