The two security guards manning Nyali Center were today, Thursday charged with the murder of a banker in Mombasa County.
The court also declined to release the suspect on bond and ordered them to be detained by police for seven days.
The accused Hamis Hare Karisa and Said Mwamuye Mwalungo are accused of killing a banker David Wokabi on 1st of January 2018 after they allegedly found relieving himself at an undesignated area at Nyali center at Night.
The lawyers representing the diseased family members had earlier requested the court not to release the suspects on bond, claiming the two will abscond court proceedings.
