Controversial lawyer Miguna Miguna has allegedly claimed that he knows the two Jubilee leaders who have been controlling the IEBC over the past few months.
Miguna unleashed the disturbing claims on Tuesday while speaking on NTV, the former Nairobi gubernatorial aspirant said the Principal Secretary for Internal Security docket and Parliament majority leader Aden Duale are the persons behind the charade.
"As I said last week, the commission, according to former IEBC commissioner Roselyn Akombe is being micromanaged by the PS Internal Security and Jubilee majority leader in Parliament Aden Duale," said Miguna.
Miguna also deconstructed the 10-point advertisement by IEBC on a local daily saying none of the changes the commission planned to put in place during the October 26 repeat polls are in tandem with the Supreme Court ruling making the polls illegitimate.
Duale has since rubbished Miguna's claim calling him a mental patient who should not be given airtime.
