Oscar Sudi, the Kapseret legislator, joins his Nandi Hills counterpart Alfred Keter as the latest legislator to prevail against the mighty in Jubilee nominations.

The two have been critical of Jubilee government and have often questioned high levels of corruption hence earning the term ‘mole’.

Although the Deputy President William Ruto has never openly denounced them, the two youthful legislators have often defied Jubilee party stand in and out of the August House.

Addressing a mammoth rally in Eldoret Town after winning by s substantial margin, Sudi said he was keen to continue working for the people should he be reelected in August.

“I do not idol individuals; I meet my people and consult them. They have always believed in me and I had no doubt that they will always stand with me all times,” said Sudi who also dismissed rumours that uneducated people cannot lead.

And on his part, Keter, a fierce legislator who at some time accused his Jubilee counterparts of defending corruption, insisted that he would defend ordinary people’s interest.

“If people want me to be a sycophant they better forget. I will rather lose for defending people rather than individuals,” added.

However, the two legislators denied having any major differences with DP Ruto and vowed to work with him to deliver Jubilee’s reelection.
