Two men were on Tuesday nabbed with Sh30 million cocaine at their house in Utawala.

Peter Okoth Odongo alias Black and Bradley Juma alias Timmy who are said to be narcotic dealers, were arrested with the seven kilograms of cocaine following a tip off.

Juma was arrested on Friday ferrying narcotics aboard a bus heading to Ethiopia, prompting police to carry out the operation.

“Upon interrogation, the suspect volunteered information to the police leading them to Okoth’s residence where the second suspect was arrested and more drugs found. We recovered seven kilograms of white cocaine in the house that we believe was supposed to be trafficked out of the country,” police said, as quoted by the Standard.

Okoth who is believed to be an international drug dealer, is said to have started engaging in the illegal business when he was a student in India, before being deported in 2009.

A Ceska pistol was also recovered during the operation.
