Two police officers were on saturday involved in a gun after they drew their rifles and started shooting at each other.

It is alleged that the  two officers based at Hardy Police Station, Karen, were drinking at the bar before they started arguing.

The officers, one in the rank of a Sergeant and his junior, shot at each other after the argument escalated.

The Sergeant was injured in the arm while his junior sustained a bullet injury on his back.

They were both rushed to where they are currently admitted.
