Two terror suspects linked to the Kombani AP camp attack were on Thursday nabbed in Kilifi by Anti-terror police.
Kwale County Commissioner Kutswa Olakha, however, declined to comment on the matter, saying the issue was still under investigation.
“For now let the investigators carry on their work,” said Mr Olakha, as quoted by Baraka FM.
The camp was raided on December 23, by a gang armed with pangas and poisoned arrows.
It is believed the gang set a police car ablaze and attacked the post with the intention of stealing firearms.
One suspect was gunned down during the incident, with three officers sustaining injuries.
This comes days after another suspect linked to the attack was arraigned in court.
