Mosobin Ngeiywa and Japeth Wekesa will face a life sentence after they were charged with murdering Gladys Nanjala, Alex Simuyu, Vincent Waswa and Smith Wekhoyela on the 16th of January 2008 in Trans Nzoia.

The two had earlier appealed twice before the High Court both of which have been dismissed and the death sentence upheld.

"Having considered the entire evidence that has been presented before the prosecution against the appellants, we are satisfied that their conviction was safe and well founded," ruled Justices David Maraga, Gatembu Kairu and Daniel Musinga.
