Uasin Gishu County commissioner Abdi Hassan has put on notice businessmen selling government subsidised flour above the given price of Sh47 and S90."It is sad that some businessmen are selling the government subsided flour at Ksh120 instead of Ksh90. Every supermarket will be inspected to ensure they don't overcharge wananchi and anyone doing contrary will face the wrath of the law,'' he said during Madaraka Day celebrations,Thursday. He urged 'wananchi' to be watchdogs by reporting such businessmen."Those are conmen wanting to exploit poor wananchi and we won't allow that. We will deal with them squarely," noted Abdi.
