Uasin Gishu County ECDE teachers have been asked to observe good morals and uphold professionalism while in their line of duties in their working stations.
Some of the teachers, according to the County Education Officer Rael Too, had started looking down on their colleagues especially those teaching in pp1 and pp2 after the introduction of the new curriculum by National government.
"We noticed some ill motive moves by some few elements trying to out do their workmates over the introduction of the new curriculum" said Too.
The County Education official also urged the teachers to avoid side shows over each other.
She added that the County Government is in the process of employing more teachers to cater for the rising number of young children being admitted to schools.
The Education Officer was speaking on Friday when she toured various Uasin Gishu zones where training of County ECDE teachers on Competency Based Curriculum (CBC) was marking its final day.
