A delegation of businessmen and women from the Netherlands who on Wednesday paid a courtesy call on Uasin Gishu Governor Jackson Mandago.

The delegation will partner with the county and help improve roads and infrastructure sector by bringing machines that can build modernized bricks and cheap ways of using just compressed sand to construct roads.

The governor assured them that through his Trade CEC, the cooperation will see the county benefit from the machines and road building technology.

He added that this should be the first county piloting the project and that other counties within North Rift Economic Bloc (NOREB) can see the capability.
