Uasin Gishu emerged the best county overall for a fifth year in a row as the Rift Valley Regional Music and Cultural Festivals came to an end in Laikipia County.
The county that was represented by 16 teams also scooped the best University team overall and the best-organized Community group.
Winning teams will represent the region in the national festivals scheduled to be held in Kakamega county early December.
The theme for this year's festivals was 'Fostering National values, Cohesion, Integration, and Cultural Tourism.
'Its was aimed at promoting peace and co-existence as well as improving the state of security in the Rift valley region.
