A Ugandan Human Rights Activist, Stella Nyanzi, has praised President Uhuru Kenyatta for signing into law a bill that will see school girls in Kenya being given free sanitary towels.

Stella, who was at one point arrested for referring to president Yoweri Museveni as a “pair of buttocks” took to social media, Thursday, June 22, to attack Ugandan parliament for failing to come up with “sensible laws”.

The former Makerere University lecturer however raised eyebrows online when she offered herself to any Kenyan man who will make her a Kenyan through marriage.

She further revealed that she is willing to be Uhuru’s lover incase the president considers to have a side dish from the neighbouring country.

Below is Nyanzi’s Facebook post that caused a stir online:

“Is Kenya adopting human beings from other countries? I should have adopted Kenyanness when my family lived there as refuges in the 1980’s. Right now, I am dying of admiration and envy for our Kenyan neighbours.

President Uhuru, his imperfections notwithstanding, has signed a law on free sanitary towels for school girls in Kenya. Somebody tell Uganda’s Members of Parliament that sensible parliaments make sensible laws that they pass onto their presidents for signature. Somebody tell Museveni and his wife who is the Minister of Education that Kenya has a law on free sanitary pads for schoolgirls; not failed promises, lies about lack of money, and foolish excuses.

Where are those Kenyan men who were asking me to be their lover? I will say “yes” to the first Kenyan man who promises to make me a Kenyan by marriage! Is the Kenyan president looking for a Ugandan side dish? If he is, I will be his lover!”
