Kenyatta will lead by example in the new exercise.

Tough talking Kenyatta said public servants will be required to explain the source of their wealth.

“You must be able to explain how you got your car, your house and land in comparison to what you earn,” Kenyatta said.

“Transparency is when all those in authority declare what they own and how they got their property,” he added.

The head of state was speaking in Mombasa while he launched the Miritini Mwache Kipevu link road.

It seems Uhuru has finally got it right in curbing corruption in the country.
