President Uhuru Kenyatta scored a major win Tuesday night during the ongoing petition to challenge his victory. 

Kenyatta's legal team had asked the court to expunge several documents that were seen lethal to the case. 

Among documents Kenyatta's legal team,  led by lawyer Fred Ngatia, wanted thrown out are memos from IEBC.

The court agreed with Kenyatta's team and expunged the documents. 

NASA coalition was also disallowed in the petition.
