Machakos County gubernatorial hopeful Wavinya Ndeti has accused President Uhuru Kenyatta of unfulfilled promises in the run up to the 2013 general elections.
Speaking on Sunday during a NASA rally in Machakos, the former Kathiani lawmaker dismissed President Kenyatta's pledge to implement free secondary school education if he gets reelected during the forthcoming polls.
She noted that the Head of State is noncommittal to the welfare of the country, urging locals to instead vote for NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga.
“Uhuru and DP William Ruto have no vision for this country. Everything they are doing was started by former President Mwai Kibaki and ex-Prime Minister Raila Odinga,” she said.
Both NASA and Jubilee have promised to implement free secondary school programme should they win the presidency in August.
The subject has also embroiled the two camps in an unending debate, with Jubilee claiming credit for the campaign agenda.
