President Uhuru Kenyatta has issued IEBC with fresh demands regarding the repeat polls set for October 17 and also spared some few minutes to dare NASA flag bearer, Raila Odinga.
Uhuru was speaking at the State House when he hosted a delegation of over 20,000 leaders from the North Eastern and a day after the Supreme Court delivered the most awaited comprehensive ruling that nullified the August 8 polls.
The Head of State told IEBC that they must ensure the repeat polls are held within 60 days as it has been mandated by the Constitution, he also urged Chebukati team to ensure a clear date for the polls is announced.

"We now want IEBC to tell us what measures it has put in place and which date elections will be held," he said.
Uhuru also threw some salvos on NASA leader Raila Odinga who has repeatedly claimed he is not the president due to the fact that the August 8 presidential results were nullified.
"If they think the country does not have a president, they should try and they will see whether there is one," he added.
Uhuru also added that their main role as Jubilee is wooing voters to turn out in large numbers and vote them back but not replying to constant accusations from the opposition.
