The Head of State specifically picked Bomet Governor Isaac Rutto for 'working' with the Opposition to 'frustrate' the efforts of the Jubilee government to give Nakuru clean drinking waters.

"Mr Ruto should not join hands with the Opposition to oppose such a noble idea meant to solve water shortage in Nakuru," Uhuru said.The President was speaking on Sunday during a tour of Nakuru county.
