[Photo|DPPS]Despite confirming his meeting with the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC), President Uhuru Kenyatta, failed to show up, Tuesday.He instead sent his Deputy William Ruto, despite IEBC chairman Wafula Chebukati, insisting that the Commission was interested in presidential candidates and not their representatives.Uhuru sent Ruto, who was accompanied by Senate Majority Leader, Kipchumba Murkomen and Nation Assembly Majority Leader Aden Duale, at the Bomas of Kenya venue, at 4pm despite confirming 3pm, earlier.IEBC had met NASA presidential candidate Raila Odinga, his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka, and Musalia Mudavadi, Moses Wetangula, James Orengo.
