President Uhuru Kenyatta has finally recognized Jaramogi Oginga Odinga as a Kenyan hero.

This is after President Uhuru Kenyatta omitted Jaramogi's name from his list of heroes during the Mashujaa Day celebrations on Monday.

"Patriots like Jomo Kenyatta and Jaramogi Odinga, Masinde Muliroset aside their differences and joined hands to overthrow the colonial rule," said Uhuru.

Uhuru came under heavy criticism when he omitted the Odinga's.
