He said Raila is a bizzare one, because he was out, and about, boasting that he would register 11 million voters and defeat Jubilee in the August elections.

"The numbers of the first week of voter registration are out, and the ODM just realised that Jubilee is doing well so far. He, therefore, to go into his bag of fake tricks,'' said the Garissa Township MP.

Addressing the press at Parliament buildings, he noted that Raila was crying foul because voter numbers are not on his side.

"Jubilee, led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William, is going to all parts of the country in a strong 'come out and register' campaign. And it is bearing fruit,'' Duale said, Wednesday.

He was flanked by various Jubilee MPs, led by Nairobi Women MP Rachel Shebesh and Starehe MP Maina Kamanda.
