[Photo| @UKenyatta]President Uhuru Kenyatta has bowed down to pressure over his second naming of new cabinet. This is after Jubilee politicians from Western part Kenya threatened to ditch Jubilee for NASA claiming they were shotchanged in Uhuru's first naming of his cabinet. Uhuru had earlier retained only six Cabinet Secretaries who served in his first term and dropped the rest including former Water and Irrigation CS Eugine Wamalwa and Phylis Kandie who hail from Western. The Jubilee leaders further noted that no position in the parliamentary committees was given to the Mulembe nation. However, in his second naming of his new team on Friday, the President nominated Wamalwa for the position of CS for Devolution while Wakhungu was nominated for an ambassador position. Furthermore, former Budalangi MP Ababu Namwamba has also been appointed as Chief Administrative Secretary in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Trade.
