President Uhuru Kenyatta maintains that opposition leader Raila Odinga used judiciary to rob him ‘deserved’ victory in August 8 polls.
A majority Supreme Court judges annulled Uhuru’s win on grounds that IEBC was culpable of irregularities and illegalities in various aspects pertaining elections.
And at State House, a much annoyed Uhuru said, had the court ordered recount, it would have shown how he bet his main opponent.
“He couldn’t beat me and opted to hide in courts to get illegal justice. It was monstrous ruling that I will oppose over and over again.
“When you to Northern Frontier Counties, he never even fielded or got grassroots seats. It is therefore ridiculous that he beat me,” said Uhuru.
Although he said that he will be ready to participate in a repeat election, Uhuru warned that he will not accept any unfair rants on IEBC which is mandated to oversee elections.
IEBC records show that Uhuru won in Wajir, Mandera, Garissa and Marsabit Counties with many local seats going to Jubilee or her affiliates.
