President Uhuru Kenyatta has said that Jubilee plans to beat Nasa with a clear majority so that Kenyans are not subjected to court petitions and protests to challenge the victory.
Speaking in Nairobi on Friday, Uhuru called on his supporters to turn up in large numbers to vote for the party.
“We will beat them by a clear three million votes so that they do not engage us in court cases and protests after the elections,” said Ruto. President Uhuru urged Kenyans to turn out in large numbers and vote peacefully on Tuesday, assuring that adequate steps have been put in place to ensure safety for all.
“Do not be misled by the wealthy politicians who incite the youth to violence only to leave you alone as you suffer under the mercy of the security forces. Vote and keep off the polling stations,” Uhuru told his supporters.
