Kaluma also challenges the president to prepare for humiliating defeat, insisting that he will be rejected from ‘even his Central Kenya’ backyard.

Speaking on Tuesday at Citizen TV, Kaluma dismissed claims that opposition team had weakened even after ANC leader Musalia Mudavadi’s team joined it.

“Let no one lie to you that Uhuru will be re-elected. I am seeing a situation where even his Central Kenya people will reject him due to incompetence. He should prepare to pack,” he said.

Kaluma added: “He has failed to contain tribalism, nepotism and even corruption. The country is tired with him and people are eagerly waiting for August to send him home.”

President Kenyatta has previously admitted that corruption is the main challenge in his government, and urged government agencies responsible to me more proactive towards curbing the vice.
