Kenyatta’s administration has been subjected to criticism over its appointed, claims which Uhuru's has dismissed persistently.

In his Facebook post, the Kitutu Chache South parliamentary aspirant also dismissed the president’s commitments towards uniting Kenyans.

“There is no greater tribalist in this country than Uhuru Kenyatta. Kenyans go to school, gain same work experiences and when it comes it government appointments, only two communities’ benefits,” he said.

He added: “Then when he traverses the country, he keeps talking about unity and that the opposition is a tribal outfit. He should stop fooling us.”

Kibagendi is expected to face a tough battle to clinch ODM nominations in his constituency after the incumbent, Richard Onyonka, vowed to defend his seat on the party’s ticket.
