KANU National Chairman Gideon Moi has expressed confidence that President Uhuru Kenyatta will serve a second term in the country's highest office.

Moi, who is also the Baringo County Senator, said Uhuru needs another chance to complete the programmes his administration has initiated in the country.

"We campaigned for President Uhuru and have confidence he will emerge the winner. Let him carry out his transformation agenda and leave a legacy thereafter," he said.

Moi was speaking at Tandui Primary School after casting his ballot on Thursday.

The Senator called on politicians to set their differences aside and strive to unite Kenyans in focusing on development.

"Kenya is greater than any individual. Let us all unite and shun divisive politics," Moi added.
