Speaking on Friday in Narok county, the president said that he similarly had no plans of killing democracy in the country either.

Allegations had been made against Mr Kenyatta over intent to kill other political parties and in extent kill the multi-party democracy in the country.

The president emphasised on his call for the nation to have fewer and stronger parties based on national development and not ethnicity.

His comments have also been echoed by his host Governor Samuel Tunoi who has expressed full support alongside Emurrua Dikkir member of Parliament Johanna Ngeno who said that he was in no way against 'the president's plan to unify the Nation'.

Johanna has however been involved in a bitter war of words with the Deputy President Ruto in the recent past.
