ODM leader Raila Odinga insists that he never lost election to President Uhuru Kenyatta in highly contested 2-13 polls.
The two are yet against expected to tussle this August after being cleared by the electoral body IEBC and have since launched systematic campaigns.
Speaking in Mtwapa on Sunday, Odinga said Jubilee administration had rigged him out and he could not pursue the matter after the court ruling.
“There is no particular time Jubilee has ever defeated me. I beat them squarely in 2013 only that they bungled elections,” he said.
“I hear them saying they defeated me and I wonder why they should campaign,” added Odinga, saying that the Jubilee team should have taken a leave from campaigns.
Having been declared the runners up, Odinga filed a petition in Supreme Court which was however dismissed for lack of sufficient evidence.
Predictably, August elections could be his last in a competitive basis given that he has given a retirement hint.
