An MP from Machakos county has called on President Uhuru Kenyatta and Nasa leader Raila Odinga to respect the Supreme Court ruling on the fate of the October 26 repeat polls set for Monday.Kangundo MP Fabian Kyule urged the duo to accept whatever outcome the David Maraga-led court will pronounce saying doing so would promote tranquility in the country.Speaking in his Kangundo turf on Saturday, the Muungano party legislator also urged the two leaders to preach peace among their supporters in the run-up to the big decision so that they do not resort to violent confrontations."We are hoping that our two leaders will accept the outcome of the supreme court decision set for Monday. Its only by doing so that we can achieve the much-needed peace. The judiciary is an independent institution whose determination should be binding to all", he said.Former Kilome MP Harun Mwau and two civil society activists Njonjo Mue and Khelif Khalifa filed petitions challenging the reelection of President Uhuru Kenyatta in the repeat polls.
