Despite bolting out of the October polls, opposition leader Raila Odinga will yet again face a tough battle against President Uhuru Kenyatta in Kisii.
The two leaders will wrestle out at Kitutu Chache South parliamentary seat on November 7 where IEBC is expected to carry out elections.
Prior to August polls, IEBC postponed constituency elections following the death of Jubilee candidate Leonard Mwamba who perished on a road crash.
With October polls showing a low turnout in the region perceived to be a NASA stronghold, Uhuru is expected to face a tough battle against Odinga.
While Jubilee has fielded Antony Kibagendi, NASA coalition will have outgoing MP Richard Onyonka of Ford Kenya and Sam Omwando of ODM.
Before joining Jubilee, Kibagendi was one of the outstanding ODM Youth leader who bowed out following controversial nominations.
