President Uhuru Kenyatta has been ordered to arrest IEBC CEO Ezra Chiloba with immediate effect.
According to a group of NASA MPs, Chiloba should be arrested alongside former Energy CS Davis Chirchir for allegedly tampering with the August 8 presidential elections that were nullified by the Supreme Court last month.
In an address to the media on Friday, the lawmakers led by Budalang'is Rapahel Wanjala called on Uhuru to coordinate with acting Interior CS Fred Matiang'i and apprehend the two.
"In this context, Chiloba and Chirchir are the criminals who should be shot if they don't want to arrest them for tampering with the IEBC server."The MPs further warned President Uhuru against dictatorship.Wanjala added that gains made during the second liberations were being watered down by those he said were in the comfort zone.
"We will not allow those who were in their comfort zones when liberation was fought for to deny us our hard-earned democratic rights," Wanjala said.
NASA has announced that its presidential candidate Raila Odinga will not participate in the repeat polls.
