President Uhuru Kenyatta has dismissed NASA’s lineup of power-sharing as a selfish move that is meant to create jobs for the Opposition’s leading politicians.The president, who will face NASA’s Raila Odinga and his running mate Kalonzo Musyoka in the August presidential contest, accused the Opposition of not spending time to improve the welfare of Kenyans. “This was never about the country. It was about giving jobs for themselves instead of the millions of Kenyan who need jobs,” the president said, according to a PSCU statement, as quoted by The Star.He hit out at the just unveiled NASA lineup, which gave positions that are currently not in the constitution.“While they are lying to each other about Prime Minister and Deputy prime Ministers positions which are not in the constitution, we in the Jubilee Party are busy committed to entrenching democracy to develop the country,” President Kenyatta said. Mudavadi was named the Premiere Cabinet Secretary, deputised by Ford Kenya Party leader Moses Wetangula and CCM party leader Isaac Ruto.
