Increasing capitation for schools, scrapping examination fees and providing funds for expanding classrooms and dormitories. These are stages of a clear thought out plan. We are ready for its implementation starting January next year," said Ruto.Normally, Uhuru and Ruto visit various regions together, to rally support for Jubilee's second term bid, with the recent tour being of Nakuru, and Laikipia counties.
