President Uhuru Kenyatta has fired the Kenya Meat Commission (KMC) chairman Taraiya Ole Kores, days after he decamped from Jubilee party and joined the Opposition.
According to a gazette notice dated June 22, the president appointed former Narok county chairman Sentu Ntoross to replace Kores.
The former KMC official warned members of his community that they were yet to experience the worse from Jubilee party.
“As I have always said, Jubilee has its owners and those still inside from the Maasai community are yet to see worse than I saw in the party that I built from a scratch in Kajiado,” he said.
He added: “Senteu is taking up that job because he has been in the cold for many years and thinks he has been given a job. I pity him for sure.”
Kores ditched Jubilee after he lost during the party nominations that were conducted in April. He blamed deputy president William Ruto for rigging him out in favour of former Interior and Coordination CS Joseph Ole Lenku.
