President Uhuru Kenyatta has send out his Easter message to Kenyans as Christians across the world kicked off the celebration of the holiday on Friday.

In his message, Uhuru who is currently in Mozambique for a State visit noted that Easter offers Christians the promise of victory over adversity, temptation and challenges.

"This holiday offers us the promise of victory over adversity, temptation and challenges if we remain faithful to our Lord's injunction to love one another as we love ourselves," said the President in  a Facebook post.
