Following the recent cases of political intolerance witnessed recently President Uhuru Kenyatta has sent a warning.

Uhuru warned his Jubilee Party supporters and those of the Opposition, Nasa, agaisnt heckling and disrupting political rallies.

According to him, political intolerance, is a symbol of political immaturity and a recipe for chaos in the August 8, elections.

"I want to urge my supporters and those of my brother Raila Odinga, to exercise political tolerance. If someone that you don't want campaighns in your area, let them campaighn. You will make your decision at the ballot. Heckling is not voting. Heckling disrupts peace," he said, Saturday.

Addressing mourners at the funeral of the late Internal Security Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery, Uhuru said the upcoming should be peaceful.

Political disruptions have been witnessed in Homabay, Kiambu, and Baringo, with supporters believed to be of Jubilee Party and the Nasa alliance, attacking each others' rallies.
